Refund

For Stock bags, if you aren’t happy with your bag you have 14 days from receiving the bag to notify us and a further 14 days to send it back for a full refund (excluding any postage). You will not be given a refund if the bag has been used or you have damaged the bag.

If you commission a special design we reserve the right to retain up to 30% of the cost to cover pattern making, design and resale issues. 

Refunds will only be issued on receipt of the bag. 

 

5 year guarantee 

We guarantee our bags for 5 years!  Because we have faith that our bags are strong, thoughtfully constructed and durable. We believe they will last many years beyond that, but for 5 years if anything does go wrong from the construction of the bag we will fix it for free. If you bag breaks after this time we will still happily repair it for you at a small cost. As we love to give you the best chance of a bag for life you can get!
